New Things Await

Many changes lie ahead for me in the New Year, including changes on my website that I hope you will like.

The schedule for this year’s Symetra Tour is slowly taking shape, and I am able to start planning my golf season. Also, the date is set for our move to Maryland which will happen March 1st. Therefore, the process has begun to finding an apartment, finding courses to practice at in Maryland, packing down to get ready for the move, find sponsors, and also staying in shape with my game. So there are enough things to do these days to say the least! Therefore, I have escaped it all and taken a flight to Florida for a gathering with the Danish National Team :) It is great timing before the season starts with ample opportunity to really get back to the grind and practice hard. It has been ten days of practice and play together with around 22 other Danish players, as well as three of the national coaches, two physical coaches, and a mental coach. In other words, the foundation is set for some intense days with time to get around every single aspect of the game. Also, the Danish Golf Union is giving us the opportunity to practice with Bio Dynamics (a swing analyze system) as well as help from one of PGA’s physical trainers.

While we are all practicing hard down at the PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, the yearly PGA Merchandise Show is taking place in Orlando. This is a huge venue where every golf related company imaginable is represented, and luckily I have been able to take one day off from practice to go up to the show. I have heard a lot about this show but never experienced it myself before now, and it was a great experience where I met a lot of great people, among then the world number one for the ladies, Yani Tseng!

Speaking of changes, I have made some changes to my website. On the front page I have put recent tweets up, so it’s easier to follow my everyday whereabouts. A few more changes are coming so stay tuned :) And then I want to apologize to everyone who has been so nice to leave me a message in the contact field of my website. For some reason this contact formula has not been working properly, without my knowledge. This means that any messages that was written to me in a certain period this past fall, has not reached me. So I apologize for not haven written back. Now however, it is up and running, so if you feel like leaving a message, you are more than welcome to do so and I will be sure to get back to you!

It’s time to get back to practice for me in sunny and warm Florida. Hope everyone is making lots of birdies and getting ready for the golf season :)
